Doin' Chores

Thought a blowdry might help my 'plentiful' head of hair fluff up a bit :)

This bottom shelf needed some serious rearranging. Isn't this much better now that everything is out in the open and accessible?

Hmm, this view is pretty interesting. Cool mat huh? Auntie Mushi, we're one square short to make 5x5 mat!

Yippee! Welcome to the world cousin! You look smashin' - hey, that shirt looks familiar! Let your parents have some rest okay? :)

Fun - was wonderful seeing Auntie L and Uncle R who came in from up yonder. Thanks for stopping by and exploring downtown with us ;) Best wishes as you start a new adventure in June, Auntie L.

Wanna play with me?

Actually, I can do it myself :) Peek-a-boo!

Gee whiz...

Gee, this stuff tastes great - vegetable beef! Yum, yum - I eat really quickly now! Hooray!

Gee, I'll miss you lots. Bye Bye, Grandma K - thanks for everything.

Gee, mommy, do you think I'm wearing enough pink? Hoodie compliments of Auntie Mushi (well, on loan from Sushi) and the polka dot outfit compliments of Auntie Cindy. Love it - thank you!

Happy New Year - ruff ruff! Gee, Auntie Mushi - your jacket is really shiny!

Gee, I thought I was older - how come Sushi's pushing me around? ;)

Gee, I like brushing my teeth - is this the right technique Auntie Elaine?

Cute little friends

Yay! Had a friend over recently - so good to see you Samuel. Let's play again soon - sorry I napped most of the time you were here :)

Out for a little sightseeing around town - ooh, looks like Cashew woke up.

Hmm, now was it this white key or this one over here?

Jocie and I had a blast riding this little kitty - we were holding on tight - me onto the kitty - Jocie holding tight onto me. Hey, where'd she go? Jocie?

Home Sweet Home

Whew! We're back home now after our Christmas vacation - it's been a couple weeks. We visited Uncle B and Auntie M in their new house! Looking forward to meeting my cousin!

Happy New Year! Hmm, guess who's missing from the picture. I was in dreamland while this was going on.

Stylin' in my new jean 'n fur coat. Thanks Auntie M and Uncle B!

Like Spidey, I like red! My first red outfit! This one's from GrandamLu - looks a little like the characters in those DVD's - some Einstein guy. And this Texan Santa came from my friend Rachelle! Hi ya girl, how ya doin'? Hope you had a nice Christmas - thanks a bunch for the book!

Ah ha, new toys from Mushi, Pushi and Sushi! Thanks - they're easy to hold and taste good!

I also saw Big O, Auntie T and Auntie L over Christmas - where are those pics Auntie L? :P It was so great hanging out with you. Take care of yourself and bito2.

It feels a little like Christmas!

On Saturday, we went to see what Christmas was looking like downtown. We found some decorated Nutcrackers...and some Chinese people...

We also saw the Gingerbread Village - this one is London's Big Ben.

They were amazing - this one even had a drawbridge that moved up and down!

Last night, we visited the lights at the Botanical Garden - pretty nice!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas wherever you are! May you have a memorable time with your loved ones!

What are you feeding me? Have you tried it yourself?
I'm not likin' this stuff so far... nor do I like this chair... give me some time...

Look, I've got some hair now - greased it up!

All dressed up...so where are we off to? Get me outta here!

Da-Da Turns 25...

Well, not quite but he's young at heart :) Last week, Cashew starting saying Da-Da - just in time, as a birthday present to Spidey. Happy Birthday Da-Da!

We were going to go out for steak but Spidey decided last minute he wanted to stay home - which was just as well. Spidey ended being really busy at work and came home pretty late. Plus, we had our first snow and it felt cozy to stay in! Fortunately for us, Grandma K cooked a special meal for Spidey.

Hmm, what do we have here? Now who could these shoes belong to? Looks like matching father-daughter shoes. For his birthday, Spidey decided it was time to crack out the new shoes.

Introducing the new Nike models - Spidey and Cashew in their blue jeans and Jordans. It was close to bedtime so you'll have to excuse Cashew's somewhat stunned expression. We didn't catch her at her prime photo time. Or maybe it was because she wasn't wearing socks and her feet were getting hot?

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! We were at Rodney and Lily's house to celebrate. They already had their tree up! Gee, this tree towers over me. Where'd the train go?

Hmm, how come we're not moving? Let's go tiger! Yah!

Token Christmas photo - happy after having a great meal!

What a special Thanksgiving. All the Kams together finally - it's been a while - over a year! Thanks to Uncle B and Auntie M for coming from TO - yippee, they'll be on the west coast soon too.

Grandparents Galore!

You lookin' at me? Hey, I'm liking this sitting up thing. I use my abs and back muscles to hold myself up. I'm pretty stable on my own although every now and then I tim--ber! It's okay, doesn't hurt - and then I just roll around to another position.

This weekend we had both sets of my grandparents with us! Grandma and Grandpa W stopped by on their way back from Oregon. It's probably been a month since I've seen them. It was great fun having everyone together. Hope y'all come back soon!

Finally, Grandpa K arrived from Toronto to come visit me. Grandma and Grandpa K say it's colder here than in Toronto - really? Well, look at their big coats! I'm not totally comfortable with Grandpa K yet though - I can recognize that he hasn't been here before. But, by the end of his 10 day visit, I'll probably be having lots of fun with him. He likes to play with me and I give him 5, 10 15, 20....

Sushi in Seattle?

Hey, guess who's in town?!!?
Sushi! She brought her parents here to visit - I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself!

Here we are just hanging out. Look - sushi styled her hair for this special occasion - isn't that cute? Wish I had that much hair.

Peaceful sleep - what an angel! Who would know that you make lots of random sounds. Sweet dreams little one - we'll see you again soon.

Grandma K's Birthday

Hey, where'd everyone go? I'm all dressed up and ready to go out. I hear we're having a seafood buffet -- yum, yum.

Okay, let's go - I got my new outfit on to surprise Grandma K - she gave it to me a couple weeks ago. It's for someone 12 months but hey, it seems to fit okay right?

Really, do I get some too?

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Grandma - hey, how come no one else is singing?
